Upon your request, please take into consideration the Final Date to Initiate Return/Exchange.
Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt and a return authorization number (“RMA”). Customers may not return the same item for refund more than once. We do not refund shipping costs associated with purchases successfully delivered.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s expense.

All returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the Sports Tolliver warehouse. Be sure your return is packed properly and will not get damaged during transit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return drop-offs at Sport Tolliver (Headquarters and/or Warehouse) will not be accepted.

If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.
REFUND PROCESSING:

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered to our warehouse.

Refer to the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee to determine whether you are eligible for a refund.

Sport Tolliver does not offer refunds. Exchanges will be offered in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, we will deduct $7.50 from your total refund. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has been received in our warehouse, the return will be processed, and an email notification will be sent to you upon completion.
LOST RETURNS:

Returns, if applicable based on the Satisfaction Guarantee, are only issued for items that are successfully delivered to Sport Tolliver. Orders that are reported as lost in transit after 90 days from date of purchase are not eligible for replacement or exchange .
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR THE RETURN OF SPORTSWEAR:

All returned sportswear items should be sent in original condition (unused, unworn), original packaging, and include all tags. All items will be inspected upon receipt.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the Applicable Return Deadline above or the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee, we reserve the right not to refund. If you would like these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
